How to shop online
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking the "view cart" button on the top of the page. While in the view cart section click on the "checkout" hyperlink located at the bottom of the page.
Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the left of items, and then by clicking "update cart" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Shopanmarie.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
  
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where shopannmarie.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only California.
How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
Domestic Shipping Costs and Methods
Ground, Priority, and Express: For your convenience we offer GROUND, PRIORITY, and EXPRESS shipping on orders shipped within the continental U.S.
• GROUND is our standard 2-7 Business day shipping. GROUND shipping within the continental U.S. is FREE.
•PRIORITY is our Expedited 3
business day service. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is
NOT available. In such cases please allow 4 business days for delivery.
Add $20.00.
• EPRESS is our Express 2 business day service. On
occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such
cases please allow 3 business days for delivery. Add $25.00.
If you need it faster, or want to request Saturday delivery, contact us
and we will do whatever we can to get it to you when you
want it!

Order/shipping Guidelines
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM CST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday. Shopannmarie.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from shopannmarie.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to shopannmarie.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Discretion is used when shipping to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.
What is your return policy?
Here at ShopAnnmarie we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FINE JEWELRY, SALE ITEMS, UNDERGARMENTS, or SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Please contact shopannmarie.com at 1-866-792-6953 to return an item and we will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item. When shipping product
back to ShopAnnmarie, customers should choose
the same shipper as when the product was
delivered, as well as insure the item for
full value should anything happen during
shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Contact shopannmarie.com for a RA#, then securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at shopannmarie.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from shopannmarie.com.
